The U13 season kicked off on Sunday 12th September with an away match at Vardre. Despite having a few regulars from last season missing, the boys quickly found their feet and performed fantastically well - just as they did last season where they finished runners-up in the district matrix.
Fall Bay ran in 9 tries before the game was stopped 10 minutes into the 2nd half when the 50 point margin between teams had been reached. Once again it was the backs that took the glory - contributing all but one of the tries. However the performance of the forwards shouldn't be overlooked - as it was their hard work and delivery of quality ball that gave the backs the platform to run at pace and break through the Vardre defensive line.
