The U12 went back to mini rugby format as they played 12 a side on a 3/4 pitch against an Irish touring side. Two teams from Highfield RFC in Cork were visiting South Gower and Fall Bay were asked to make up a 4 - allowing both of the Irish teams to play two matches against Welsh opposition.
Glorious weather on Saturday morning saw some excellent, competitive rugby with Fall Bay victorious in both matches; In an open expansive game, Highfield B were comprehensively beaten 42-12, and this was followed by a narrow 7-5 win in a bruising encounter with Highfield A.
